But, unfortunately, each of us is faced with situations that go beyond the ordinary and provoke severe stress. This stress may be related to work, or it may be related to personal or family problems.
Whatever the stressful situation (illness, relationship breakdown, bad stock market play, or just a child’s poor school performance), it makes our life more difficult.
